Enterprise AI automation studio

Smarter operations with AI that thinks, acts, and resolves

RayonIntel designs and ships AI automations for the repetitive operational work that quietly consumes your week — document processing, data entry, approvals and reporting. Fixed scope, fixed price, and you own everything we build.

The problem

Most operational drag isn't a people problem

It's a process that grew one workaround at a time. The symptoms are familiar.

Copy-paste between systems

Someone is the integration layer between two pieces of software that were never connected.

Inboxes as a queue

Work arrives as email, gets chased manually, and nobody can say what's outstanding without asking.

Spreadsheets holding it together

A workbook one person understands has quietly become critical infrastructure.

Errors found weeks later

Mistakes surface at reconciliation or reporting, when they're expensive to unpick.

Reporting eats a week

Assembling the same numbers every month consumes capacity that should go to analysis.

Growth means hiring

Every increase in volume needs a proportional increase in headcount doing the same manual steps.

What we do

Four ways we work with teams

Each engagement is scoped and priced up front. If a project doesn't fit these shapes, we'll tell you before you spend anything.

Document & data processing

Invoices, purchase orders, contracts, claims and forms read, validated and pushed into your systems without anyone retyping them.

Timeline
3–6 weeks

Internal workflow automation

The handoffs that live in inboxes and spreadsheets — approvals, onboarding, ticket triage, status chasing — turned into reliable automated flows.

Timeline
2–5 weeks

Internal AI assistants

Assistants grounded in your own documentation, policies and data — so answers cite a source your team can verify instead of being invented.

Timeline
4–8 weeks

Automation audit

A fixed-scope review of your operations that identifies what is worth automating, what isn't, and what it would realistically cost.

Timeline
1–2 weeks

How we work

Deploy with confidence, deliver value faster

You'll know the price, the scope and the success metric before we write a line of code.

  1. 01

    Map

We sit with the people doing the work and document the process as it actually runs — including the workarounds nobody wrote down.

  2. 02

    Scope

You get a written proposal with a fixed price, a clear boundary, and the success metric we'll be judged on. No open-ended retainers.

  3. 03

    Build

We ship in weekly increments against a staging environment you can see. You review real output, not slide decks.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, monitoring and a walkthrough with your team. You own the system and the accounts it runs on — not us.

Questions

Straight answers

What if automation isn't the right answer?

We'll tell you. Plenty of processes are too low-volume or too irregular to be worth automating, and a bad automation costs more than the manual work it replaced. Our audit exists partly to rule things out.

Who owns what you build?

You do — code, workflows, prompts and documentation. Everything runs on accounts in your name. We don't hold anything hostage as a retention strategy.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your systems wherever possible. Where a model provider must be involved we use enterprise endpoints with training disabled, and we document exactly what leaves your environment before we build anything.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Optionally. After handover you can run everything yourself, or take a monthly support arrangement for monitoring and changes. It's a separate decision from the build, made after delivery.

How long until we see results?

Most projects ship a working first version within three to four weeks. The audit turns around in one to two weeks and gives you something usable regardless of whether you continue with us.
